Questions, corrections or feedback? Here\'s how to contact the team behind this Pirots 5 guide.

Get in touch with the review desk

The quickest way to reach us is the contact form on this page or our editorial inbox, a standard hello@ address for the site. A person on the review team reads what comes in. We are a small independent outfit covering one game, ELK Studios' Pirots 5, so you are writing to the people who actually played the demo, not a ticket queue three layers removed from the work.

One thing we can't help with, and it comes up: we are not a casino. We can't check your balance, chase a withdrawal, unlock a bonus, or resolve an account problem, because none of those things happen here. For anything to do with your money or your account, contact the operator you deposited with or its licensing regulator. That is the right door, and it is not this one.

Worth writing to us about

A factual error on the site. A feature we described that behaves differently in your version of the game. A dead link. A question about our testing routine or how we set the 8.0 rating. General feedback on the coverage. We read all of it.

Please send elsewhere

Deposit and withdrawal issues, locked accounts, bonus disputes, and "the slot won't pay me" complaints. Those belong with your casino or its regulator. We have no access to any operator's systems and can't move a single cent on your behalf.

What to expect after you write

We aim to reply within a few working days. We are not a 24/7 support line, and we would rather answer properly than fire back a canned response, so give us a little room.

If you are flagging an error, the more specific you are, the faster we can act. Tell us the page, the exact claim, and, where you can, a source. "The RTP section is wrong" sends us hunting. "Your Pirots 5 page lists the top model as 95%, but ELK's page says 96%" gets fixed the same afternoon.

Our corrections policy

We get things wrong sometimes. When we do, we fix it, and we do not quietly paper over it. If a correction changes something a reader would have relied on, a number, a date, a claim about how a feature works, we update the page and, where it matters, note what changed. Slots also move under us: operators swap RTP models, ELK rolls out new worlds through 2026, and markets change which features they allow. So if the game in front of you no longer matches what we wrote, tell us. That is not a nuisance, it is the whole reason a review desk keeps a page alive instead of publishing once and walking away.
